SafeDomains lets you register domains anonymously, but that does not mean anything goes. This document explains which content and actions are categorically prohibited and what happens if they are detected.
1. fully prohibited use
The service reserves the right to immediately terminate service if it detects signs that registered domains are used for:
- hosting child sexual abuse material (CSAM / CP);
- terrorism, extremism, their financing or any other form of support;
- cloning any Russian or CIS services (for example, y4nd3x.com, aviiit0.cfd and similar) for any purpose whatsoever;
- any actions directed against residents of the Russian Federation and CIS countries;
- large-scale attacks on critical infrastructure;
- trade and distribution of narcotics, creating «mirrors» of such platforms or their direct or veiled advertising.
In case of requests from law enforcement, the service will provide all data it has about the user.
2. additional restrictions
In addition to explicitly prohibited content, the service does not allow:
- mass mailings (spam) that violate international standards and ICANN rules;
- phishing and fake sites of well-known banks, exchanges, payment systems;
- distribution of malware, including via redirects;
- any actions directly violating the terms of service.
3. consequences of violation
In case of a violation of this policy, the service has the right to:
- immediately delete domains that violate the rules;
- suspend or terminate service to the user without refund;
- share the user's data upon a lawful request from authorized authorities.
Refunds are not provided for blocks under this policy. See: refund policy.
4. report a violation
If you believe a domain registered through SafeDomains is being used in violation of this policy, contact support: @SafeHelper_Bot. A complaint can also be sent to the upstream registrar via the abuse address listed in the WHOIS data.
